We offer refunds under the following conditions: (a) The purchase was made by mistake and no access has been used. (b) You experienced a technical issue that prevented access to the tour. (c) The tour was inaccurately described on our website.
Refunds will not be issued if the tour has already been accessed or used. Refund requests must be submitted before or at most 24 hours after the scheduled date of access at office@leplace.online.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at the provided support email and include your order number, the reason for the refund, and any relevant details or screenshots. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after approval.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if the cancellation request is made before accessing the tour or if the wrong tour was purchased and a correction is needed. Cancellation requests must be submitted within a specific time frame after purchase.
No Refunds for Completed Tours
Since tours are instantly accessible, refunds are not offered once a tour has been downloaded, accessed, or started. If a technical error prevents access, support will be provided to resolve the issue before considering a refund.
